24 Seven Extends HTC Compatibility Partnership

24 Seven Communications Ltd is set to broaden its service offering with an innovative new software upgrade in partnership with HTC. The telecoms expert has confirmed that its national roaming SIM card, Jump, will become compatible with HTC’s premium device range, with plans to roll out the software to more of the manufacturer’s products over the coming months.

The software update will initially be available on the HTC 10 and HTC A9S with the launch of the Android Nougat operating system, meaning that the range will fully support 24 Seven’s national roaming solution. With the enhanced software primed to enable the majority of HTC’s range, the partnership will drive the reach and quality of mobile throughout the business telecoms sector.

David Samuel, MD and Founder of 24 Seven said, “I am pleased to announce this new compatibility deal and software advancement, which is set to take our national roaming offering to an even wider business audience. Jump immediately solves the longstanding issue of poor signal across the UK, and the strength of this partnership demonstrates the real advantages that our services can offer. Businesses across the country can now easily access the tools they need for enhanced success and communication.”

Grieg Williams, President of HTC Europe, added, “We are delighted to work alongside 24 Seven with a unique deal that offers benefits in both technology and connectivity. Combining the technical specialisms of our premium range with the national roaming power of the Jump SIM is an exciting step and a partnership we’re looking forward to seeing flourish.
