Jim Robertson, Business Development Director, will be leaving the business to take up a role at NEC and former Sales Director Scott Elder will be returning to his previous position after an absence of nine months.
Speaking of the changes, Capstan Managing Director Gordon Smythe commented “Jim’s a great guy and it’s a pity it didn’t work out for him here. We wish him and his family all the best personally for the future. Having said that Scott is, and always will be, one of the family at Capstan, having worked with myself and Capstan co-founder Geoff Girdler for most of the last 15 years. His return to Capstan is fantastic news for both us and our Reseller customers who, once they can understand his broad accent, love him.
Smythe continued “During the last nine months Scott has worked for himself leading and building Cytrack’s business in Europe including recently establishing Cytrack’s UK based support function, and as the UK distributor for Cytrack we have benefited greatly from his success, and I am sure that now he is back with Capstan we will continue to build on that success.”
