Avaya has presented Sabio with its inaugural Marketing Excellence award for 2012. Avaya made the announcement at last week’s Avaya Partner Connect UK conference, held at Chelsea Football Club, where it congratulated Sabio – the specialist contact centre and UC systems integration specialist – on the high standard of its Industry Events programme and the success of its end-to-end marketing campaigns.
The Marketing Excellence 2012 award comes as Sabio’s Marketing team continues one of its busiest weeks. Last week Sabio group launched its new German subsidiary at the major ContactCenterWorld exhibition in Berlin, today Sabio is attending UC Expo 2012 at Olympia, and later this week some 60 customer service specialists from leading organisation will attend Sabio’s Voice of the Contact Centre event at The Royal Albert Hall. Here delegates will share best practice case studies from leading Sabio customers including Greater Manchester Police, Rentokil Initial and Lebara.
Sabio’s Head of Marketing Ali Scott, who received the Marketing Excellence 2012 award from Andrew Shepperd, Avaya’s Managing Director for UK and Ireland, said: “This award recognises the commitment that goes into our programme of customer-led events and best practice success stories that enable us to communicate the value of Avaya’s contact centre and UC solutions. We’re busier than we’ve ever been, and we look forward to building on this achievement over the coming year as our team expands and we place increased focus on online, social and international activities.”

Sabio recently secured Avaya’s highest-level partner accreditation – Avaya Connect Platinum Partner status – for the eighth consecutive year, confirming the company’s position as one of Avaya’s leading specialist Contact Centre and Unified Communications technology partners. Sabio has recently grown its marketing team by recruiting an experienced Digital Marketing Manager and Marketing Campaign Manager.
