Channel Telecom has released a significantly enhanced website. The new site has a fresh look, contains far more information than the previous version, and introduces advanced extranet functionality through a ‘partner zone’. Additionally Channel Telecom customers are able to perform various ‘self-service’ tasks via the site.
Channel Telecom’s partners will shortly be sent login details enabling them to access a raft of materials such as ‘how to sell’ guides, brochures and datasheets (which can be joint branded), pricing tools, competitor information, product and service descriptions, training material and such like.
Design of the site was completed by Channel’s own Marketing team and built by London-based creative agency Energy House Digital.
The site also now hosts “Josh’s blog”. Josh Swallow is a Kent-based young golfer who has a great future ahead of him in the sport. Channel Telecom is supporting his development through a sponsorship deal.
