Crane “Open All Hours” For Mitel Orders

Distributor Crane Telecommunications continues their MItel push with a roll out of their on-line ordering tool, iStore, for their Mitel portfolio. Recently Crane expanded their MItel team and achieved MiServe accreditation.

Building on the service already offered for Crane’s other IPT solutions, Crane’s on-line ordering tool now provides instant access to the latest Mitel product and pricing information, including bundles, product descriptions, images and technical details, together with current stock availability and lead times.

Crane’s iStore allows partners to search by part number or product description and automatically calculates the individual dealers discount increasing ordering accuracy and efficiency.

iStore further allows resellers to build and save customer quotations on line and provides direct links to Crane’s courier website for order tracking and order status information and provides access to full account history, offers and product replacements.
