Direct Response seem destined to make their mark in the channel sooner than expected. Established in 2001 the London based company currently has over 150 employees and provides voice, data and outsourced UK call centre services for global business to one-man operations.

Gamma says the owners of Direct Response always knew the right ingredients to make things a success – the evidence can be seen when the company was independently recognised as the fastest growing call centre in the UK, but even they have been pleasantly surprised by their march into the resale market.

Richard Bligh, Marketing Director at Gamma, said: “We’re delighted to be working with Direct Response who has been at the forefront in adopting our next generation products and services. Accredited in our recently launched communication platform, Horizon, and enabling thousands of users on our Inbound service in just a few month of selling it, Direct response is really embracing the new technologies from Gamma.”

“We’ve been working hard to ensure that we have the necessary depth of knowledge and capabilities to support our customers,” said Ian Mitchell, Sales Director at Direct Response. “With service quality and customer experience as our key focus, we want to be working with the right partners who will help us deliver these services. The partnership with Gamma has been built on a solid commercial plan, with all our energies channelled into customer growth. Gamma has been happy to match the unerring commitment of the Direct Response team with that same dedication as our own.”
