Fone Logs to promote O2 Landline sales

Newcastle distributor, Fone Logistics, has announced plans for a series of customer facing workshops, run in association with channel partners, to help promote O2 Landline to its existing and new business customers.

The events, which will be operated with a number of partners, will seek to gain a national coverage in promoting sales of the Landline services to O2 mobile customers managed by those partners.

The events will take the form a series of workshops where Fone Logistics and O2 teams will deliver the product presentations and manage the initial customer engagement. The events will be organised and managed by Fone Logistics, with contribution from the partners in ensuring a broad mix of business customers attend.

Fone Logistics supports the O2 Landline proposition due to its relevance in helping customers join up their communications and providing benefit in linking an O2 mobile and fixed line solution onto a single bill. The added benefits to partners are in achieving greater penetration into a business customer and thereby securing greater loyalty and entanglement. This is a further significant factor in the sales promotion push given the importance and relevance of customer retention.

Marketing director, Julien Parven, explained: “Fone Logistics is an advocate of all things O2 and having fully understood the significance of the O2 Landline proposition it become something I wanted to champion. We have taken this step to engage with a number of partners to help them bring the proposition to life and to help achieve an additional revenue line into their businesses.”

The workshops will run throughout the remainder of the year and are not limited to the partners currently engaged.
