Communications services provider Kcom, part of the KCOM Group, has announced that it has signed a multi-year contract with Phoenix IT Services to outsource the provision of its break-fix maintenance and field support services to its customers. This agreement is a further step in Kcom’s strategy to focus on its core competencies and on delivering value added services to its customers.
As a result of the agreement with Phoenix IT Services, Kcom says customers will benefit from high quality break fix and installation services delivered by a responsive, innovative and highly scalable support and maintenance organisation. “By combining this with its own skills and experience in the design, delivery and management of innovative communications services, Kcom will be able to offer customers an improved overall service experience and an enhanced portfolio.”
