Mobile Fun Launches Distribution Arm

Global online mobile accessories retailer Mobile Fun has launched Accessory Lab, its new distribution business with 16 team members, and has already commenced international shipment of accessories.

Accessory Lab is the result of significant investment from Mobile Fun, as it brings the retailer’s strong industry expertise and advanced supply chain to the mobile accessories distribution sector.

The recent acquisition of mobile and gaming accessories manufacturer Playfect has already kickstarted sales to retailers and dealers from Playfect’s existing client base across the globe.

Accessory Lab’s launch products comprise of accessories from Mobile Fun’s constantly evolving and innovative range. Retailers and dealers will have access to both customised product offers and a strong product pipeline that matches current market trends. Whether clients already sell mobile phone accessories or are looking to expand their portfolio, they will also have access to an OEM/private label service.

The distribution business will be led by newly appointed Jason Fernyhough as Head of Distribution, Product Marketing Manager Kimberley Morrell and Sales Manager Martin McNulty. The distribution team will drive UK and international sales by leveraging Mobile Fun’s international infrastructure, which includes teams in China and across six further global offices. With the new distribution team’s expertise, Accessory Lab is aiming to build a brand that is proactive, innovative and a leader in a fast paced industry.
