BT is launching a new range of business phones from the beginning of June, which are a ‘major leap forward’ in style and performance according to distributor Nimans.
There are three models available, the 2100, 2200 and 2300, which come in black or white and benefit from a dynamic new design.
According to Greg Johnson, Nimans’ BT Sales Specialist, the stylish handsets represent a significant step forward. The top-of-the-range 2300 features a new handsfree speakerphone with full duplex facility, 100 name and number memory, backlit LCD with caller display and also for the first time a low energy power supply unit. The 2200 benefits from a handsfree option in addition to 11 speed dial buttons and a mute facility.
The entry-level 2100 has a message waiting indicator, mute control and three speed dial buttons. All units are headset compatible and wall mountable.
Johnson confirmed: “The new corded range has undergone a major facelift, building on the Converse’s reputation for quality and affordability. They represent a major step forward in terms of design and functionality and the 2300 in particular has several new features such as the ‘greener’ power supply and also the conference-style full duplex facility.
“We expect them to be flying off the shelves as they enhance BT’s reputation as a flagship brand in the handset market.”
