New look Tempest is a force to be reckoned with

Solutions provider Tempest is proving a force to be reckoned with after introducing its new management structure to the channel.

The company now boasts some very strong players in the communications field, with decades of experience between them.

The CV of managing director Rob Sims alone boasts experience with Telia International Carrier, Rocom, Convergence Group and latterly Daisy Communications and the team beneath him complement his skills set.

Sims said: “Tempest has undergone some radical changes this year and its portfolio has expanded in order to meet increasing channel demand.

“We offer partners billing, provisioning and business software solutions in addition to voice, lines and data services, so it is vital to have the right management in order to deliver in all of these areas.”

Such figures include Development Director Anthony Molloy, who has 15 years experience in systems development and is highly skilled in maximising business efficiencies through IT; Business Development Director Tim Sayer, who has been with the company for eight years, and is dedicated to introducing a new set of products to the channel; Head of Operations, Sean Bailey, responsible for leading the strategic operational functions of the company; Client Support Manager Karen Brocklebank, who leads the internal customer support team, and Sales Manager Ryan Jones who manages an expanded team of field sales staff.

And the changes don’t stop there. Tempest has also brought in additional support staff to look after resellers on a daily basis, more billing staff to ensure accurate billing, and extra operational staff to deal with provisioning and fault escalation.

“The result is higher standards of delivery throughout the company, driven in an efficient and timely manner,” added Sims.
