Roy Carter, Managing Director of the Datasharp Group, has announced that Paul Fullman has taken on the position of UK Sales Director. Fullman has been with the Datasharp Group for seven years, initially employed to introduce IP to the Datasharp Group his obvious expertise in systems integration soon led to his promotion to Operations Director.
Roy Carter said “Paul has spent the last 7 years concentrating on strengthening and consolidating our best of breed portfolio. His knowledge and experience in designing complex Unified Communications solutions for our customers is a vital resource. In the current climate we are receiving a greater than normal interest from customers looking for increased productivity and real value for money. Paul’s experience working with some of our blue chip customers is proving invaluable and on that basis we have made a strategic decision to lighten Paul’s operational duties to enable him to focus on delivering the highest quality technical support that has proved so successful in the past.”
Fullman commented, “When Roy asked me to step into the Sales Director role it didn’t take me long to say yes. Direct customer involvement has always been the most enjoyable part of my role at Datasharp. The great products we have in our portfolio along with the confidence in our highly skilled team of engineers makes this an exciting time for me. When we can offer real savings for our customers with proven total cost of ownership through increased productivity in these difficult times, it’s very easy to get enthusiastic about being able to share that with our partners and customers. I look forward to working with the some of the best sales teams in our industry.”
Michael Dixon, Datasharp TS, is also delighted with the news “I see the positioning of Paul Fullman as Sales Director of the Datasharp Group as yet another positive move by the Datasharp management team. Although Paul’s previous role has been very much the responsibility for ensuring that our product offering is customer focused, cutting edge and that we are 100% technically proficient, he has also been very involved in the sales and marketing of these products. Now that Paul, can concentrate wholly on building on the groups sales strategies and successes, particularly in a time of end user uncertainty, I believe this will be a massive boost for the groups sales figures and will undoubtedly keep Datasharp brand as a force to be reckoned with!”
