Nimans and Rocom resellers can gain a valuable glimpse into Avaya’s future plans and strategic thinking at a new insight event. Building on the success of a previous similar initiative, the second quarterly partner meeting takes place at a hotel on the outskirts of Manchester on April 13th.
Nimans’ Head of System Sales, Tim Freeth, says resellers will have the opportunity to ask questions of key Avaya and Nimans personnel, including Lee Shorten, Avaya’s UK and Ireland Managing Director.
Updates to the Nortel acquisition as well as information on new products and roadmap developments form part of the day-long agenda.
“This latest event will have a strong SMB focus as we are finding there are lots of questions being posed in this particular market space,” said Tim. “In addition there will also be information for customers operating in the bigger enterprise arena.”
He added: “We want to provide resellers with all the current information and strategic thinking so that they can move their businesses further forward with increased confidence, as both Nimans and Avaya recognise that knowledge is power. The first event was a resounding success and we expect demand to be equally high this time.”
