Prime Position for Reseller Support

Prime Telecoms and Consultancy is a new business created by Joe Brown and Chris Clark that provides impartial telecoms consultancy, engineering services and training to Telecommunications and IT resellers. They are a channel only business that provides a white label service to help deliver reseller business solution’s across the UK.

With over 20 years combined experience in the telecoms industry, and fully accredited in all Mitel, Avaya IP Office, Xarios and Samsung products and applications, Prime can provide pre-sales, project management, engineering and training for a wide range or PBX and LAN products.

Joe Brown says, “With our past experience of working for resellers Prime has a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of reseller requirements. Our services extend further by being able to offer site surveys, LAN audit’s, support for engineers on site, assist with installations, act as intelligent hands, or implement and deliver full solutions, depending on a reseller’s needs. We have a dedicated team of trainers that can also offer bespoke training to the end user, from handset to system administration to call centre. Prime can cover it all.
