Skilled Staff Diffificult to Find


Union Street Technologies, the supplier of billing solutions for communication providers (CPs) is experiencing difficulties in recruiting suitable staff for continued development and expansion. Union Street says it has seen demand for its versatile Application Suite increase dramatically, but has faced challenges in finding new staff with the right telecoms experience in the key areas of support and software development.

With an expanding customer base and a healthy prospect list, Union Street has recently released a number of innovative product developments, including integration of Union Street’s aBILLity billing platform with Sage accounting and Microsoft’s Dynamic CRM. Union Street also has an exciting ongoing development roadmap, and ambitious targets to deliver first class support, but in order to fully realise these goals the company needs to recruit experienced support and product development staff with a good background in telecoms billing and provisioning.
