Spectra Group Selects Ebillz Billing and Customer Care System

Shaftesbury Systems has announced that the Spectra Group, the UK provider of radio and satellite communication services to government, defence, overseas aid and commercial clients worldwide, is the latest user to select the ebillz billing and customer care system.
