Thevoicefactory offers channel Akixi cloud call management and wallboard

Akixi has concluded an agreement with Thevoicefactory. Under the terms of the agreement Thevoicefactory will now offer its channel partners and their customers, the Akixi call management reporting service as part of Thevoicefactory portfolio.

With Akixi reporting, all features are provided remotely as SAAS (software as a service) and not as a conventional package on a customer’s server. Akixi does away with all the costly set-up costs normally associated with call management and ACD reporting. There is no capital expenditure on hardware, no implementation and upgrades to worry about and no commitment to ongoing support fees.

Similarly Thevoicefactory uses Broadsoft Broadworks technology to deliver its hosted telephony service as a ‘cloud’ provision. Paul Harrison, Director of Thevoicefactory commented, “Akixi has joined us as a solution partner to complement our carrier grade hosted telephony solutions. Having Akixi as part of our portfolio of products enhances our call centre offering and allows our channel partners to offer the Akixi Desktop Wallboard and reporting.
