TouchStar Call Centre Software Announce UK Event

TouchStar Call Centre Software has announced their User Group Conference will be taking place at the Hilton Hotel in Manchester on Wednesday 10th September. The event will be attended by existing customers and will provide a forum to suggest future developments for the TouchStar suite of products.

The outbound call centre specialists have for a number of years delivered highly successful events in the US and this format is now being replicated in the UK.

A wide range of TouchStar’s customers are expected to be in attendance including representation from the collections, telemarketing, debt management and home improvement sectors. The DMA will be in attendance delivering a keynote presentation informing TouchStar’s customers of current and future compliance and regulation issues within the call centre industry. A series of presentations based around data, IP, agent incentives and recruitment issues will also be discussed.
