Union Street Technologies Ltd, the supplier of billing solutions for communication providers (CPs), says it has completed full integration of the company’s market leading aBILLity billing platform with the Microsoft Dynamics CRM solution. An integration module now available with aBILLity provides full bi-directional data exchange and synchronisation with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

Microsoft Dynamics integration with aBILLity allows CPs to view important billing data and tariff information within the CRM application, making it ideal for salespeople who should not necessarily have full access to the billing platform. Dynamics CRM is an excellent marketing and prospect/customer management system. When a prospect ‘converts’ to a customer the contact information can be automatically populated into aBILLity. This eliminates the problem of errors creeping into the system through duplicate data entry or of separate databases becoming out of synch. The result is more accurate data requiring less work to maintain.

The CRM integration is part of Union Street’s continuing policy of developing a complete raft of back-office solutions for the CP community, including integration with third party applications. The aBILLity platform is widely deployed across many of the UK’s leading CPs. Union Street’s WLR3 Portal Solution is designed to integrate fully with the aBILLity platform, providing additional benefits for direct fault management and service provisioning.

For Union Street, Tony Cook, Managing Director said, “At Union Street we are dedicated to the support of the CP community. The integration we now offer for aBILLity with Microsoft Dynamics CRM demonstrates our ongoing commitment to make back-office processes simple and easy for CPs to run and maintain. We reinvest a massive 35 per cent of our revenues into R&D to ensure that the Union Street product portfolio is at the leading edge of technological innovation.”
