Voiceflex Increase Reseller Support Services

A new key appointment and a promise to deliver services over and above their competition has signalled Voiceflex’s dtermination to dominate the SIP trunk provider market.

Voiceflex has created a dedicated team to service the ever growing data and IP needs of reseller clients.

The company says that leading on from the success of their VxDSL and MxDSL products additional standardised and bespoke products will be added.

“Whether the service is domestic or international from internet, MPLS to Private circuits or the need for assistance in qualifying a potential requirement we are on hand to help,” says Paul Taylor of Voiceflex.

Drafted in to head up this new team is Richard Garner who brings with him 10 years experience of working within the IP arena. This time spent working for Tier-1 carrier networks and a period of years as the Global and Complex IP solutions specialist for a 50 strong sales force

Voiceflex say that after studying the market there are a number of key drivers where they aim to deliver where others have promised and failed. These include; competitive cost with industry leading SLA’s, increased margin and profit opportunities from data services, rapid turnaround of pricing requests, reseller hand holding and direct customer contact if required.
