Channel Live team prepares for 2025

Channel Live is preparing for its 2025 edition with a new look and a focus on networking.

Channel Live 2025 will put connections at the heart of the show, with attendees in previous years highlighting networking, making new connections and building upon existing relationships as the key benefits of the show.

A new meeting service will make it easy to select the attendees you want to meet and create a full schedule of one-to-one meetings. A reimagined floorplan, new workshops, more roundtables will help to create a vibrant hub of interaction and partnerships for both exhibitors and attendees.

Phil Glover, event manager, Channel Live, explained, “We’re repositioning Channel Live to focus on the community and become more than just an exhibition and conference.

“For 2025, we’re putting networking, connections and collaboration front and center with our new meeting service tailored to make one-to-one meetings easier than ever before.

“Combined with our new floorplan, stand packages, and expanded conference and workshops, we’re making Channel Live the home of the Channel”.

New for 2025:

  • Updated show branding: Channel Live will have a fresh new look for 2025. The updated branding  (pictured below) reflects the event’s close collaboration with Comms Business, as sister brands within the Mark Allen Group. The rebrand also underscores the event’s commitment to innovation and creating a new show experience for exhibitors and attendees alike.
  • Complimentary meeting service: this will help visitors and exhibitors to arrange pre-scheduled, high-value meetings. The new service will be embedded in the exhibitor onboarding process and integrated in the visitor registration journey.
  • Floorplan changes: the updated layout will feature expanded networking spaces to help foster more meaningful connections and business opportunities.
  • Expanded conference programme: this will now include breakout workshops and more roundtables alongside the main stage.
  • Revamped Channel Live After Hours: this post-day One event will return but will now be held in its own dedicated space within the exhibition hall. There will be extended opening hours to allow attendees and exhibitors to fully enjoy the fun and welcoming atmosphere.

The event will be held Wednesday 19th – Thursday 20th March 2025 at the NEC in Birmingham in Hall 18. You can register your interest here.
