The contract will result in all O2 Insurance related customer queries being managed through 20:20 Mobile along with remote device management, repairs and device swap out.
James Browning, 20:20 Mobile MD commented: ”We are both delighted and encouraged with this significant win. It reinforces that the work that we have been doing with O2 and our other insurance partners is best in class, and that our development strategies in both the call centre and insurance markets are sound, relevant and commercially appealing to our partners.
“It is also very positive that, in a challenging economic environment, we are able to expand our business and provide further employment by creating around 100 jobs within the local area.”
Developments in the call centre and insurance divisions of the business have followed the creation of a new 20:20 Mobile Services business, headed up by sales director Jon Miller, to give added focus to the company’s service propositions. The Services Business encompasses product and customer lifecycle solutions including recycling, repair, refurbishment, mobile device management and product activations.
