The highest performers in the VIP Club will receive VIP Privileges on a quarterly basis, which may include supercars to drive around for employees, exotic holidays and adrenalin sports.
VIP Club has been established following the closure of 3’s Q Club, which pumped incentive cash and prizes into the top performers in the channel to increase the quality of deals that the operator achieved. The Q Club finished around six months ago when the cash pot was dry.
Now that 3 has a good quality base and its strategy is clear, it has created the VIP Club to increase volume, stated Julien Parven, sales and marketing director at Fone Logistics.
Parven commented: “3 is young, vibrant and it believes what turns people on is good living and fun. This initiative is classic 3; it’s what 3 does, and it does it really well. 3 has got challenges and it always has had, but it does the social side of business really well. It’s not a faceless organisation and that creates a lot of good will in the channel.”
