4Com’s business model combines Samsung’s business phone selection and networking products alongside their own software to create a business phone system which provides a greater array of benefits to the end user.

When asked to reflect on the reasons for the continuing success, 4Com’s Chairman and MD, Daron Hutt, added, “This is a great example of two companies succeeding by making the customer experience central to what they do and how they do it.
