The international company is located in Christchurch and has been manufacturing and providing IT and telecom software for over thirty years. Many of their workforce have stayed loyal and committed, including Linda Sparks who started in February 2002 working her way up to be a senior figure within the sales function and key contributor to the business itself.
Since starting her career for the high tech company, Linda has seen many changes within the industry; including the evolution of traditional sales channels and the ever rapid developments of technology with the impact on customer’s businesses. Data Track’s portfolio of products and services has also evolved greatly over this period with the move from providing Call Accounting/Management systems, into Security and Call Recording software, Linda’s consultative sales approach has stood her in good stead to ensure she continues to achieve.
