
Access4, an Australian cloud communication SaaS vendor, has announced its acquisition of Luminate Wholesale.
Luminate is a UK telecom provider offering white-label hosted voice solutions to resellers, and this acquisition marks a significant step in Access4’s global expansion strategy.
As part of the acquisition, Access4’s SaaS communications platform, Sasboss will be introduced to the UK market. This will offer channel partners an automation and intelligent UC, CX, and UX service delivery solution.
Access4 was established in Australia in 2016 and provides MSPs across Australia and New Zealand with cloud-based voice and collaboration solutions.

As part of the acquisition, Luminate’s 10-person team will join Access4. Jonathan Walker, Luminate’s managing director, will become a new member of the Access4 executive leadership team and will play a role in shaping the strategy of the business and deepening relationships with partners and vendors across the UK.
