Alternative Networks has been awarded Platinum Partner status by unified communications and collaboration (UC&C) provider, Avaya. The standard is in recognition of Alternative’s success as an Avaya solutions expert in providing UC solutions to both enterprise and mid-market UK companies and contact centre solutions in the mid-market.
Award of the standard was based on direct customer feedback on Alternative’s ability and service, as well as Alternative’s knowledge, training and certification.
