With over five years of experience working with AWS, Zen’s expertise can help customers to get the most from AWS. One of the first customers to sign-up to AWS Well-Architected Framework from Zen, was UK online gift retailer, Prezzybox.
“We’ve been working with both Zen and AWS for a long time, but Zen achieving this accreditation takes our relationships to the next level. As an online retailer, we’re operating in an incredibly competitive environment, so our infrastructure needs to be running at a high level, particularly during peak events,” said Craig Lager, Head of IT at Prezzybox. “This means we need to be working with a company that is consistently running best practices, particularly when it comes to the cloud. Tapping into Zen’s expertise keeps us at the forefront of technological developments for future projects moving forward.”
Zen provides best practices expertise to its customers via a one-time AWS Well-Architected Framework engagement or through their ongoing Support & Evolve service. Each customer can also receive a bespoke managed service built around the architectural needs of their workload, resulting in unique service level agreements tailored for each business. Furthermore, due to Zen’s AWS Well-Architected Partner status, customers of the TSP are able to leverage funding from AWS to cover some of the costs of the remediation services being provided.
“We are proud to build on our strong relationship with AWS and be recognised as an accredited AWS Well-Architected Partner,” said John Lyons, General Manager, Cloud & Hosting at Zen. “We’ve been implementing this level of best practices for a number of years, but this accreditation helps to further recognise the expertise we’re able to offer our customers. It’s an exciting time in the cloud space and we’re delighted to be able to offer the kind of bespoke service businesses want in building applications and systems on AWS.“
