Brother printing devices will now be compatible with EveryonePrint’s Hybrid Cloud Platform (HCP). The cloud print management solution is an all-in-one print infrastructure solution designed to lower costs, reduce maintenance and enhance system security.
HCP aims to remove the need for businesses to maintain, store and license on-premise servers to run printers. Print jobs can be securely stored in the cloud or shared directly with the device, with affordable payment plans and no up-front costs.
Andy Johnson, solutions alliance partner manager and training manager, Brother UK, said, “Businesses are moving IT services to the cloud to take advantage of benefits including cost reduction and scalability, while keeping the same level of security as they expect from an on-premise solution.

The HCP solution simplifies print architecture for businesses by using one driver that’s compatible for a range of printer manufacturers, as opposed to the typical server system that requires separate drivers for different brands. It also creates a single print queue within a network so employees are not restricted to collecting printouts from specific machines.
