BT Wholesale has launched Teams Phone Mobile for channel partners. The solution is designed to keep customers connected and protected.
Combining Microsoft Teams’ collaboration features with EE’s mobile connectivity, Teams Phone Mobile is tailored to the UK wholesale market.
Teams Phone Mobile allows users to make and take calls, send messages and collaborate through a single app across multiple devices. End users will require a Teams Phone SKU or E5 licence with Teams. Channel partners can buy Teams Phone Mobile on Complete Mobile.
Demand for unified communication and collaboration tools has surged, with the market set to reach more than 131 million users by 2028. With flexible working offered by 72 per cent of UK employers, 57 per cent of workers saying smartphones are essential to their jobs and 71 per cent of Teams users relying on mobile apps, there is a growing need for solutions such as Teams Phone Mobile.
