Initially TalkTalk Business and CCE will be targeting small-to-medium size businesses in the UK, who are keen to grow, but do not have in-house resources and budgets to build the right IT infrastructure to support their plans.
Together with CCE’s in-depth enterprise IT knowledge and understanding of how to translate technology into business value it will enable companies to take advantage of international trading opportunities.
“In today’s digital age it is critical for businesses to be available 24x7, because customers demand the same level of consistent service all the time,” said Giles Thorpe, Managing Director, CCE. “That’s why it is important for CCE to partner with market leading network and infrastructure partners to deliver the standard of connectivity our customers expect. Working with TalkTalk Business will enable us to call upon the highest quality connectivity services to deliver our bespoke service offering and technology expertise –essential if businesses are to respond to the opportunities of the digital age.”
Partnering with CCE will mean TalkTalk Business will be able to provide customised, enterprise software applications to small and medium sized businesses. Already a long-established supplier of voice and data services to over 180,000 small and medium sized firms, TalkTalk Business will be able to deepen and grow relationships with key customers.
“Since we have started working with CCE we have been impressed with its dedication to its customers, delivering personalised services that reassure us our partnership will maintain the business grade standards our customers expect,” said Alex Tempest, Director of Partners at TalkTalk Business. “We recognise that businesses – especially small and ambitious companies looking for growth, have the opportunity to thrive in the global marketplace thanks to the latest developments in superfast broadband and Ethernet. Combining our value for money connectivity with CCE’s enterprise IT ’know-how’ will enable customers to respond dynamically to fast-changing markets.”
Going forward, in addition to managed desktop services, CCE is also looking forward to taking up TalkTalk Business SIP Trunking powered by tIPicall. As BT’s ISDN switch off in 2025 approaches, it is becoming increasingly important that customers are able to transition from legacy ISDN voice systems to a highly reliable and robust Next Generation Voice platform. TalkTalk Business SIP trunking will also offer full flexibility over voice services by allowing customers to up-scale and down-scale on a monthly basis, whilst providing significant cost savings.
