The decision was taken owing to ongoing uncertainty that is understandably impacting the confidence of visitors, speakers and exhibitors in committing their attendance to trade shows this year.
Whilst the health, safety and confidence of all exhibitors, visitors and staff remains the priority, the ongoing lack of clarity from the government has meant that moving the event to March 2022 allows us to deliver a greater experience for all parties involved.
Gordon Kirk, portfolio director, Channel Live, said, “We were bitterly disappointed to have had to announce the postponement of the event, but the consequent feedback from all of our stakeholders has been overwhelmingly positive, reaffirming our view that it was absolutely the right thing to do.
“Like everyone else out there, we can’t wait to get back to face to face events. We will be making full use of the additional time now available to us to ensure that, when the live show returns in March, it does so with a real bang and delivers the event that this community deserves.”
We look forward to working with you in delivering the event that the Channel community deserves in March 2022.
