Dashboard Solutions products are used to assist in reducing out-patient appointment non-attendance and their Call Optimiser solution will be used in conjunction with Commsworld’s existing communications portfolio to address what is recognised as a serious problem. Additionally, the company has developed ProMax ICE (Improving Clinical Efficiency) that will provide Management data to help pinpoint where further savings can be made without affecting patient care.
