This is the company’s best 12-month period on record and coincides with its 30th birthday. The UK and Ireland based distributor grew revenues by 23 per cent compared to the previous 12-month period.
Headquartered in Camberley and Dublin, DataSolutions delivers technologies across the areas of digital workplace, hybrid multi-cloud, networking and cybersecurity. The distributor announced its best ever quarter between July and September this year, with revenue totalling £25m.
Since launching in the UK in 2016, DataSolutions has grown year-on-year by 30 per cent. The company aims to continue its growth trajectory across both markets in 2022 and beyond.
In a statement announcing the achievement, DataSolutions said it expects continued growth up to the end of its financial year ending March 2022 based on recent performance, and is on track to surpass £85m in revenues in the upcoming financial year ending March 2023.
DataSolutions’ digital workspace portfolio and cybersecurity offering is described as central to its growth due to increased demand for companies to permanently adopt hybrid work models, transition their business to SaaS and cloud services and enhance security solutions.
Its portfolio includes vendor Citrix, the top performer during the company’s last quarter, as well as Appcure, Check Point, ColorTokens, D3 Security, Lakeside, LoginVSI and Orca Security.
“The growth that we have seen over the past year has been phenomenal, driven by not only the innovative technologies we deliver but also the best customer service from our exceptionally talented team,” said Michael O’Hara, managing director of DataSolutions.
“As well as supporting companies during what has been an extremely challenging time, helping to secure and enable widespread remote working during the pandemic, we will be there as they move forward into the hybrid world of working and also towards a greener business future.”
