In awarding ISO 9001, the auditor’ report also stated that ‘relevant issues and risks and opportunities have been identified, and actions to address them implemented’ – and noted that ‘the infrastructure in terms of buildings and technology is modern and impressive – and provide an unsurpassed working environment. Use of cutting edge technology is a particular strength here’.
