Earlier this year Excel launched the EXCELERATOR pre-terminated fibre range including Distribution cables, Breakout cables, Mini-Breakout cables and MTP. With so many options to choose from Excel felt the need to make it easier for customers by producing an online configurator.
The Excelerator Configurator takes the user through a number of simple steps including whether they require an Assembly or MTP Trunk, the Construction i.e. Distribution, Breakout and Mini-Breakout, Category i.e. OM3, OM4 or OS2, No. of cores, Connector types and Lengths and Quantities. Once the details have been entered the configurator produces a diagram of the cable and provides a cable specification which can be emailed through to the team at Excel to receive a quotation.
