Flotek has made its twelfth acquisition in two years by buying Colbek Systems, a provider of IT services including server and PC installation, cybersecurity, and cloud services.
Colbek Systems was owned by Richard Przybek, with expertise in Microsoft and Google G Suite platforms. Flotek said this acquisition adds a valuable dimension to its portfolio, particularly in the area of Google cloud solutions, and underscores its commitment to strategic growth and regional expansion.
Flotek will retain the entire Colbek Systems team, ensuring continuity for existing clients and preserving the high standards of service that the company is known for.
