This strategic acquisition strengthens Focus Group's market position and reflects its commitment to expanding service offerings for key market sectors.
Matrix247 has established a reputation within the legal services and education sectors. Its omnichannel contact centre solutions align with Focus Group's expertise, strengthened further by its recent investment in Make.Contact, which specialises in Puzzel technologies.
