A focus on growing multi-year support and managed service contracts saw sales grow to £6.3 million and profits increase by 43% on the previous year. With over 50 full time employees based across its Bolton, Market Harborough and Elstree offices, the company has also implemented an apprenticeship scheme for students in the local areas.

Imerja has made great strides with its Video-as-a-Service (VaaS) offering which helps to improve access to specialist care, enabling healthcare professionals and patients to communicate remotely through the use of state-of-the-art high definition video technology, regardless of their location.
Ian continued: “VaaS is a great example of what can be achieved when a company focuses on innovation, finding creative ways to apply technology to help address important challenges customers face – something we have always strived to deliver. Whilst VaaS is a service that we hope will continue to make the company more profitable, it is also important to us to be providing a service that helps improve people’s lives, as well as deliver efficiency savings into our overburdened health service."
