Born of a desire to build a Welsh market leader, the new team is based near the M4 corridor, between Cardiff and Swansea, ideally placed to support customers across the country. Incom Wales is part of a recent surge of investment and regeneration in the South Wales area and Local Council support has been welcomed in helping the team secure town centre office space, with room to grow.
Group CEO David Hughes states, “South Wales is seen as a significant growth area for the Group and partnering with the right people to head up this venture was paramount. Their local presence alongside the backing of the nationwide group will enable us to build upon our already substantial, loyal Welsh customer base, which includes Anglesey County Council and Coleg Menai.”
With combined industry experience of nearly 50 years, the Incom Wales joint managing directors are passionate about the venture. Dean James, comments, “Ian and I have worked in this sector, in and around South Wales for decades now and great customer service is our driving force. We wanted to provide local businesses with an experienced but personable approach to telecoms and IT.”
Ian England adds, “Our business is based on having a local presence with national strength. We can cater for any business needs when it comes to telecoms and IT. Incom Wales may only be in its infancy, but the power and experience behind it are not.”
