The Inter-Tel 5000 group of products are designed to deliver IP communications to SMEs in a cost-effective way and offers users both a scalable and easy to manage communications environment.
Chris Harris, managing director EMEA at Inter-Tel, said: “Version 2.0 of the Inter-Tel 5000 software offers great flexibility for SMEs. It will provide users with a way to boost the capacity of their existing system and an ability to expand their communications capabilities in line with their business.
Depending on configuration, the Inter-Tel 5000 Version 2.0 software can significantly increase the number of endpoints that can be installed. For example the updated software can support 75 IP endpoints on the CS-5200 series and up to as many as 175 IP endpoints on the CS-5400. In addition to the IP expansion, the new software also provides increased support for analogue endpoints.
