Invosys (formerly known as ICS) launched the UK’s first specialist web-based portal for inbound call management features and services aimed at the SME market and by 2011 the company was leading the next generation of inbound portals with Number Manager. A groundbreaking product, it is now the market-leading portal for call management, with regular updates utilising cutting edge technology.
The collaboration to launch Number Manager in Australia began eighteen months ago and both Comms Code and Invosys have worked together during this time to select the optimum deployment method and carrier partners.
The two parties have a long standing history, dating back to when Chris Morrison, Sales Director at Comms Code, was a customer of Invosys (then known as ICS) while at Greystone Telecom. Greystone was acquired by Talk Talk in 2011 and Chris moved to Australia to set up Comms Code.
He said, “We are extremely excited to be launch the platform to the Australian telecoms market. Just as Number Manager was a pioneering product back at its launch in the UK, it is a highly innovative product here in Australia today, with nothing else quite like it within the telecoms market.”
Just as in the UK, the platform is being delivered on a wholesale basis to telecoms service providers, who will provide the service to their business customers.
