Ipanema’s CAM solution delivers two levels of powerful reporting to ensure companies can understand what’s happening across their corporate network and guarantee application performance:
•Time evolution reports offer a technical picture of the usage of cloud applications at a certain site over a period of time.
•Overview reports deliver higher-level information such as insight on the sites at which application performance is worst and the average number of users accessing each application.

The recent major research study into application performance “KillerApps 2013” revealed that:
•72% of organizations regularly use applications hosted in the cloud, such as Unified Communications and collaboration software. 48% often use Cloud SaaS applications (like Salesforce.com).
•These apps are suffering problems, with 28% of respondents noting that UC and collaboration tools suffer problems most frequently.
•These problems seem set to continue as the cloud grows in importance, with 20% of respondents noting that Cloud SaaS apps will place the greatest strain on their company’s network in the future.
David White continued: “Forrester finds that 52% of companies today are seeing performance problems with their SaaS applications and that Microsoft 365 and Google Apps both widely adopted as primary office productivity tools so ensuring users receive a seamless experience is becoming evermore important.”
