As part of a strategy to meet the demands of customers taking data security very seriously, these new additions bring their current SonicWALL support team to a total of eight engineers and there are plans to increase this level even further in the near future.
The Manchester head office of M247 also houses two state of the art green and highly efficient tier 3 datacentres and a round the clock support operation that looks after over 40,000 M247 customers worldwide.

Feedback on the training course from Brendan Lurinsky, one of the newly qualified M247 support engineers, was “I found the training to be very comprehensive and, although the final exam was tough, we all came through with a good standard of pass.
