Mayflex has continually introduced new initiatives and reviewed existing processes to improve levels of service provided to its customers since being awarded 2* by Investors in Customers (IIC) in October 2011. The ICC is an independent assessment of excellence in the field of customer service and customer relationships.
Martin Eccleston, Commercial Manager at Mayflex comments, “Since receiving the 2* award from the IIC, Mayflex has brought together a team of people from across the business who meet on a monthly basis to look into ways in which we can improve our customers levels of service each time they contact Mayflex. We have introduced a number of initiatives following feedback received in the last 9 months including changing our delivery partner in Scotland, re-introduced patch leads in singles from packs of 10 and employed additional personnel in our tech support and customer services team to name but a few.”
Martin continues, “With the changes that are being made it will only go to further improve our customers experience of dealing with Mayflex enabling us to meet their requirements faster and more reliably than ever before. The award from Comms Expo lets us know our customers are appreciative of our efforts and that we are getting things right.”
