Bentley continues, “Using Union Street’s API, we have been able to harness much of aBILLity’s extensive functionality to power One-Touch’s billing capabilities. Because all customer data is held in One-Touch, there’s no need for our partners to re-enter this data into a separate billing system. Integrating billing and provisioning in One-Touch ensures that whenever a customer is won or uplifted, charges are applied to their account automatically. All billing is white-labelled with our partners’ branding as they have complete ownership of the customer relationship.”
