Netomnia increases revenue by 321 per cent yoy in 2024

Combined company’s serviceable premises grew 255,000 in Q4.

The combined company of Netomnia, Brsk and Youfibre increased its revenue by 321 year-on-year to £38.6 million in 2024.

The company’s serviceable premises grew 255,000 in Q4 to 1.27 million for the whole year.

Currently, it has 2 million serviceable premises, with 48,000 customers added in  the last quarter.

Premises connected were also up 48,000 for Q4 and by 171,000 for 2024.

The company’s adjusted EBITDA declined 13 per cent yoy to £29.6 million last year.

Additionally, take-up rose 38 per cent yoy to 11.5 per cent over the same period.

However, net debt also climbed 223 per cent yoy to £531 million.

“The integration of Netomnia, YouFibre, and Brsk is nearing completion, creating the only scaled and capital-efficient retail and wholesale platform in the market,” said Jeremy Chelot, CEO. “With our proven execution capabilities, we're confidently progressing toward our next milestone of 3 million premises serviceable by the end of 2025.”
