TouchStar 6.0 provides call centres with the flexibility to customise their agent graphical interfaces, improves agent-to-supervisor interaction and delivers easy to use tools to actively manage the call centre environment both in real time and using historical data. Further improvements include advanced automation of daily reporting, activity logging and data management in a centralised user interface. TouchStar 6.0 utilises Dialogic's NMS carrier class hardware and TouchStar clients will continue to enjoy world class reliability and scalability with a wide range of new VoIP and ISDN connectivity options.
