Kennedy will be responsible for building capacity, developing strategy and driving growth. He will focus the company’s direction on its core skills - delivery of innovation, service excellence and value - as well as improving operational efficiency and increasing cross-selling opportunities between the four divisions within Redstone plc.
Paul was formerly divisional CEO and operating board member for A4e, an international private sector training company with a turnover of £75m. Here, he successfully led 400 staff over three separate businesses to deliver significant growth, new market entries and product innovation.
