The ICT contract, which is expected to be completed within a 12-month period, comes as part of a £13m award to NG Bailey to provide the infrastructure for mechanical, electrical and public health installation.
Work on the development, which is set in one of the capital’s most sought after locations, will commence in January 2015, when NG Bailey will implement a structured cabling solution that will form a core Power-over Ethernet IP-backbone connecting each of the development’s premium, bespoke apartments, townhouses and penthouses to a dedicated and centrally managed network.
The development’s security, also being installed by NG Bailey, will consolidate all of the development’s physical assets, including door locks, access control, intercom systems and a 24-hour IP-CCTV system onto a single, intelligent platform.

NG Bailey is one such firm. It can operate as a single entity and manage the whole installation as a sub-component of its wider mechanical, electrical and public health project.
